This place suits me perfectly, with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. I remember the staff helping me with sim cards during my first stay. Friendly staff always make it a pleasure. I'm coming back for Xmas!

In overall the room was tidy and with a great view. Coffee/tea making machines, iron and ironing board, and a work desk were there too. The location was great, close to Lace Market Car Park.

Great location in the city center. Spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed. 24/7 Reception and bar is a plus. Breakfast has plenty of vegan options. Friendly staff made my stay enjoyable 🌟

It had lots of meals for breakfast, including cereals and fresh fruit. The location seemed incredible and awesome in the lace market area.

Some people working there were very unhelpful.
